DESCRIPTION
Vada is a crispy South Indian snack known for its deep-fried exterior and soft interior. Made from lentil batter, it is served with sambar and chutney. Making Vada is a time-consuming process; however, this Ready-to-Cook mix eases the process and allows you to cook and enjoy this snack in a few minutes.

METHOD
• Add ¾ cup of water to 100g of Instant Vada Mix and knead into a soft dough.
• Soak for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.
• Mix the dough with a little water (if desired).
• Take 1 tbsp of dough on a wet palm and flatten it. Make a hole at the center with your thumb.
• Take a pan and add some vegetable oil to it. When it heats or sizzles, slowly release vada into it.
• Deep fry the vada in hot oil on a high flame till both sides are golden brown.
• Serve hot with coconut chutney.

• Do not rest the Vada dough for a long time.
• Do not make the dough too hard.
