DESCRIPTION
Butter chicken, also known as murgh makhani, is one of the most popular Indian dishes made by simmering marinated or grilled chicken in a spicy and creamy tomato gravy. You can easily recreate this dish at home in a flash using this ready-to-cook butter chicken simmer sauce.
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
- Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a saucepan over medium to high heat.
- When it sizzles, add 350 grams of chicken and shallow fry for 3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add half (60 grams) of the sauce, sprinkle over the contents of the spice cap, and stir fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the remaining sauce (60 grams) and water, and simmer gently, stirring it occasionally, until the meat is cooked throughout.
- Garnish butter chicken with fresh cream, a dollop of butter, and fresh coriander leaves to spruce its taste.
