DESCRIPTION
Red Lentils curry, also known as masoor dal curry, is popularly known for its nutritious value. It is a type of legume that can be cooked in spiced tomato gravy in different ways by combining aromatic spices. Our ready-to-cook red lentil curry will be ready in just two minutes and you can enjoy this dal preparation with both rice and chapattis for a satisfying experience.

- You can use both stove top and microwave to heat this ready-to-cook curry.
- Transfer 140 grams of red lentil curry in a saucepan in case of stove top heating and boil it. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.
- Check that the gravy is hot and has the desired consistency before serving.
- If microwaving, make a 2 cm cut at the top of the pouch and empty the contents in a microwave-safe container.
- Microwave the curry for 90 seconds and allow it to rest for 1 minute before serving.
- Enhance the flavor by garnishing with fresh coriander leaves.
