DESCRIPTION
Multigrain dosa is a healthy pancake prepared with rice, pulses, and lentils. This dosa is usually enjoyed for breakfast with an assortment of chutneys and sambhar. Making multigrain dosa batter is time-consuming; however, this Ready-to-Cook mix eases the process and allows you to cook and enjoy crispy multigrain dosa in a few minutes.

METHOD
• Mix 100 grams of Multigrain dosa mix with 1 ½ cup of water to make a smooth batter.
• Keep aside for 5-10 minutes, add little water and mix well, if required.
• Heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame. Sprinkle some water and wipe with a cloth.
• Spread a sufficient dosa batter on the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
• Add oil or ghee on the edges and center of the dosa.
• Roast dosa on both sides until crispy.
• Serve hot with chutney or other side dishes.
