DESCRIPTION
Kaman dhokla is a light and spongy savory cake made from chickpea flour and served with a tempering of curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chilies, and a mix of sugar and water. This soft and savory cake is consumed with a snack. Making Khaman Dhokla is time-consuming process; however, this Ready-to-Cook mix eases the process and allows you to cook and enjoy Khaman Dhokla in a few minutes.

METHOD
• To make a dhokla mix: Blend 30ml (2tbsp) oil in 1 ½ cups water or 235 ml water and add it to 100g water, stirring gently into a lump-free smooth batter.
• Grease the baking tray with oil and pour the batter to it.
• Steam on a high flame for 15-20 minutes.
• Switch off the gas, remove the trays and let Dhokla cool for 10-15 minutes.
• Remove the Dhokla carefully from the tray and cut it into cubes of the desired size.
• To make seasoning: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil, add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp Sesame seeds, 2-3 slit green chillies.
• For Nylon Dhokla, add 80 ml water to the seasoning.
• Spread the seasoning evenly on Khaman Dhokla and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
• To make Nylon Dhokla: Pour 125 ml of water evenly on the Dhokla in all trays.
