Executive Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain confidential files and records
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Assist with project management tasks
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Good Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
